If you have limited time then you can use alarm clock for 5 - 10 or 15 minutes (whatever suits you) but if you have time then keep on doing it. Waking up will draw on you just like it does when you wake up from sleep yourself.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I will write a post about it soon.</description>

It&#039;s always so good to be appreciated by you.&lt;br&gt;I think I should do that too - not to touch my laptop before I&#039;ve meditated becaouse I am getting addicted to both -meditation and my laptop. Same here! I fall asleep listening to inspirational music or tapes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Yea - it doesn&#039;t make sense. Doing nothing? and still doing all?
