If there is anything common between the awesome top-gun I am and the lousy thing you are – then it’s gotta be Siddy. We have learned many bad things from him. (Screw him!)

So it is time to unlearn some of the shit he has taught you.

Worst of Worst – Be Calm, Peaceful & in Ease and Flow

I’ll tell you what. Life ain’t no fun when it’s shitty easy and flowing. I like it raw and wriggling. Goullum! Gollum!

So make it hip and put on some dirty music. Put on some death metal, as if I care. Now think. Think in midst of that flowing energy, you will love it. If you won’t, you are an idiot.

I will give a challenge. Can you meditate in middle of f***ing fast music? I bet you can’t! haha!

If any of you lazy ass manages to beat that then I will see you in comments section. If you are a pretty girl, I might consider seeing you in personal. Lucky shit you are.

Next Best Thing – Be Naked

Have you ever tried that? You weird cloth wearing c**t?! It’s awesome. I work topless ( no I don’t exchange pictures so STFU!).

Try that. Be free. Let’s make a nudist colony. I am thinking of asking your pretty smart Siddy to make me a website that says ‘Nudism Rocks’. At least talk some sense dude. Some day you will be lucky to have that blog. Today is not that day.

If you’ve been paying attention I am talking about meditation here. Yea that weird closed legs and crossed eyes stuff… err… crossed legs & closed eyes. Yeah! Exactly, that shit you do.

So try and meditate while you are naked. I will tell you what. Poor Siddy wanted to share this idea with you since so long. But he is f***ing shy (and show off) so I did you a favor. You super lucky f***er.

That’s enough of luck for today. Go screw yourself or meditate, for all I care. It’s time for me to download some things while Siddy is away, if you know what I mean.

Subscribe to this shit and we will have something more in common. Or go away and stop bugging me you bugger. F*** You!

Foto shit by muddyclay

Note About Photo: Get a life if you were disappointed by the photo. I mean, I can’t make it a porno site. Yet.

Learn the awesome art of Mindfulness Meditation

Most of you must have herd about mindfulness meditation. Well, if you have not you will explore it now. I’ve practiced Mindfulness Meditation for months before I am writing this post and it’s really wonderful. It has helped me to have a new perspective on things and to develop a natural and subtle sense of peace in mind.

Who Should Do It & Benefits of Mindfulness Meditation

Before we explore more, let’s see who all can practice it and what are the benefits you can expect. Well if you like the very sound of it – “Mindfulness” and just want to start then go on skip this section.

Those of you who are still reading, do you feel like you didn’t have a single moment of peace in whole day? Do wish there were more hours in a day? Do you feel overwhelmed with work? Then here comes the saviour – Mindfulness Meditation.

There are many benefits which will vary from individual to individual but the major benefit which every one of you will experience is more peaceful and calm mind. And I know that in middle of this hectic life it’s bliss.

What is it?

Our mind, most of the time, is like a pendulum going back and forth in time. Most of the time, we are thinking about present or past seldom being aware of present. In Mindfulness Meditation we become aware of present. But this awareness comes without judgment.

We will take our attention to an object or our breath and become more and more aware about it.

How To Do It

Before We Start

Here are something’s that must be taken care of before we start. Select an object on which we will meditate it can be your breath, preferable a small object. I sometimes use stone or my own breathe. Place that object near the place where you will meditate.

The Process

Sit with your spine straight – you can use chair.

Close your eyes and take few deep breathes.

Open your eyes and look at the object.

All kinds of thoughts will come and your mind will drift off. Don’t be hard on yourself just take your mind, peacefully, back to object.

Become more and more aware of the object but don’t without judging it.

Thoughts about object might start coming in mind by now but simply ignore them.

Keep your gaze soft, see not stare.

Do this for 5-6 mins or 10-20 min depending on your own preference.

Count back from 10 to 0 becoming more aware of your surroundings, and then come back to walking conscious.

How & Why It Works

I realized that I never discussed with you how a particular technique of meditation worked and why was it effective. Now we like to analyze the things we are about to do not just do them because we are told. So here is how:

When you become aware of an object taking your attention away from thoughts, your mind becomes more adaptive to the state of peacefulness and calmness. It’s like we go to a new place and find it a bid odd at first then adjust to it same way mind adjusts itself to this new peaceful state.

Later, with practice, it becomes natural to you. You will feel relaxed no matter what. Imagine no rushing, no pushing, not worries and even if they are; at the centre of your being – you are calm and peaceful and above all ‘mindful’.

Let Me Know

Try this meditation for this whole week to notice its affect. And do remember to mail me your experience. And do leave a comment to let me know if you are going to give it a try. Do you like it? Now don’t be shy leave a comment and ask if you have questions, share your thoughts with us. And if you like it, forward this link/mail to your friends.

Namaste

This weekend I received a call form my friend, she was sounding very worried. She told me that one of her cousin was into drugs and was recently hospitalized. She wanted me to visit him and motivate him to see his life with new perspective.

I was about to say in shock and surprise, “What the..! What do you think am I? A saint?” but this urge went away as swiftly as it came. I herd myself saying, “Alright! I’ll try.”

One could tell my looks and the mess around that he wasn’t very sound. Anyways, I sat down and we began talking. He was very resistant and seemed too arrogant. But I knew that behind these hard protective layers were some wounds which were not healing easily.

That day I learned a lot from him, really a lot. And today I want to share it with you, my fellow meditators.

I Don’t Give A Damn

That’s what he shouted. He said that he knew who I was and he didn’t need any psychiatrist. I told him that I was just a high school student. Then we started talking. He told me that he started taking drugs because he couldn’t bear to be bothered about life’s hardships anymore. He couldn’t keep up with all the troubles of being this and that, facing this and that he said he was tired and taking drugs gave him a break.

My immediate reaction was, “Are you gone nuts? Drugs?! Try meditation instead, you can have the same break and it won’t make a mess out of it.” But just before I could utter these words something in me restrained me and I was calm again, just listening.

It Feels Wonderful

He continued, he said that he started feeling wonderful under drugs’ affect. So he started talking more often to the extent where when was doped all the time. It was just pure addiction. He felt like so light and absolutely ‘wonderful’. He knew he was killing himself but at least he was enjoying it.

I was furious. I wanted to shout, “You fool! You have the power to feel wonderful 24×7 without those drugs. You have that power now. Meditate, Read, Travel these things would make you feel wonderful and won’t leave you rotten like drugs do. They won’t kill you either.” But again, persistent feeling of peace covered my mind. I choose to listen more.

Life is Absurd, People Hateful

He told me about his past, he resented being born in a dysfunctional family of people who were themselves so hurt and kept on hurting others. It was like he had no other choice but to either hurt or get hurt. Betrayal, fights, violence was common as television. He stated cutting himself and even attempted suicide a number of times. Tears were flowing down his cheeks like a raging river released form a dam.

I felt relieved with him, at last he trusts me, at last the feelings are flowing out. I could have said that “You have power to choose, you can change your life no matter where you are. You have that power in present.” But I knew that at moments like this, such words have no meaning.

Why?

Then he asked me why was it that he had to face all this? Was no one could understand him? WHY? He shouted at top of his voice, hit himself and started crying even more. For a moment I was shocked and horrified but I knew this was just his feelings coming out, he was releasing it all.

All this time I spoke nothing, I kept sitting and my sense of gratitude and love grew inside me. I was meditating on this wonderful human who was practicing his power of control. Like a child who falls while trying to walk and then get’s up again.

Soon his crying got less and less. He was asleep.

Can We Be Friends?

I got up and went back home. I told my friend that his cousin will be alright. Later I received a call from him and he thanked me for listening to him. He told me that there was no one in his 20 years of life who listened to him without judgement. He asked me if we could friends. I said, “Sure!”

He was a bit surprised as if he wasn’t expecting that. He asked, “Won’t you ask me to promise me to leave drugs or anything?” “No”, I said, “My friendship is unconditional.” I was amazed at my reply.

A brief meditation with this person changed me so much. From a person who gave instant answers I was becoming and realizing the true meaning of listening. He taught me patience, unconditional love, and above all – true meaning of oneness.

We are good friends now and he haven’t taken any drug since than. His health is recovering fast. He even meditated (again).

He taught me that when two people meditate together, knowingly or unknowingly, wonderful things happen and both end up being more than what they were earlier. That’s the power of co-creation.

Once then when he cried, and now again when he smiled, teaching us all so many lessons. Let’s thank this wonderful being who taught us so many things. I am full of gratitude to him, to show me how meditation can bring out a person from hopelessness to pure bliss.

Thank you, my friend.
