What did you eat last night? What did you eat this morning? What are you going to eat for next meal? In most cases the answer will either take much effort to come or won’t come at all.
It is as if we don’t care about what we eat. And if we don’t care about what we eat, why should ‘what we care about’ us? And that is exactly what happens to most of us, at least to me it does.
Slow Drinking Tradition
There is a tea drinking tradition in Japan which keeps you at your best. You go to a special ceremonial room and sit on mat. There a host prepares tea for you with love and precision. The tea is not much just 2-3 sips in small container.

You have 1 hour and 2-3 sips, you can gulp it down or enjoy every drop of it. And your mind becomes so calm and peaceful and loving. You see the great vale of mindfulness. You enjoy your being. You meditate while drinking tea.
The Key to Health: Mindfulness Eating
Try this at home. You can do it with tea, your favourite fruit. Set aside one hour every weekend and relish just one guava or just one cup of tea. Keep no magazines or newspaper around. Just you and the food.
Give yourself this aim, and chew your food 10 times for at least 10% of time you eat.
Your health will improve drastically, as you become more aware of what and how much you eat. You will eat less and more effectively. Your weight will come under control. Wonderful things will happen.

Do it Now
Have you practiced it? Try it now… I can wait. You can do this with even a glass of water. Pour water in glass slowly and drink it slowly. Do it now! Now is the best time to have better health. Now!
Tell me how you felt, you have all the time and alphabets in world….
