Meditation Weekends: How to Shut Up King Sidharth

by King Sidharth

in Discussion

Ah! I am tired of my blah blah blah! I am the one who’s always talking and preaching. Today I am going to sit back and let you talk! Go on and tell me your favourite meditation process.

If you have a bit of time then do let me know these things too:

  1. How long have you been meditating?
  2. Where did you did you find out about meditation?
  3. Your favourite method/technique.
  4. Any questions related to meditation?

But if you don’t have much time or don’t like typing – just tell me about your fav. Technique. Let’s hear it! Show us how good you are.

I never want you to shut up Sid! ;)

1.) I've been meditating for about a year and a half.

2.) My girlfriend made mention of it. I also received inspiration from Ram Dass' book “Journey Of Awakening.”

3.) I enjoy following my breath. I sit, still my body, and feel the expansion and retraction of my chest.

4.) What type of meditation do you do Sid?

    1. How long have you been meditating?

I had been as a kid, but haven't in about 6 years; thinking about starting again.

    2. Where did you did you find out about meditation?

No idea lol, I was far too young to remember that :P

    3. Your favourite method/technique.

I used to like tightening up every single muscle I could in my body, relaxing them from toes to head, then starting to meditate while lying like that. Seemed to work for me.

    4. Any questions related to meditation?

    None at present ;)
