We all LOVE chocolate, don’t we? Here is a yummy meditation technique to indulge in chocolate bliss! In the journey to “Know Thyself”, I consider this technique to be helpful to get some insight into how our mind works in relation to the sense of taste. Why dark chocolate? I like dark chocolate because it contains low sugar and is the densest source of chocolate flavor. Regular chocolate is a fine alternative but it has to be a type of chocolate that you enjoy.
