Meditation Rocks! LogoIt’s a pleasure to have you here. Meditation Rocks! is a blog dedicated to, of course, meditation and life. There is not one person who cannot improve the quality of his life and if we can then why not? We talk about exactly that- improving life through meditation.

Weather you are a high school student like me or a self employed freelancer or maybe even an employ of just another company – your potential is unlimited. We, as a community, try to help each other in first believing that we have the unlimited potential, then allowing over selves to be the best of us.

The idea of Meditation Rocks! was inspired in September 2009 and it was finally launched in December 2009. If you want to be better – Meditation Rocks! is for you.

I am an 18 year old teen who’s been meditating since I was 5 or so. I am from Chandigarh, India and my passion is joyous living.

I know it might sound absurd but that is how it is. I love living joyously and am always seeking new ideas and new ways to fill my life and other’s with joy. Meditation is one of the processes that help me enormously in countless ways- so that’s why this blog – I want to share it.

Apart from that I am serial entrepreneur having founded ventures like the FRiEnDz, The Royal Raspberry, Meditation Rocks! and upcoming Createens. I am about to enter college which sounds so exciting. I am really looking forward to life’s delicious unfolding.
